Unclear pet policy caused confusion!!! Limited WiFi connectivity and parking issues made staying less enjoyable. Room amenities like desk space or hooks in the bathroom would improve functionality immensely!!!

A delightful spa escape awaits
The spa was incredible, with various saunas and pools creating a serene atmosphere. Breakfast featured a personal chef crafting impressive omelettes, adding a special touch to the experience. The attentive staff made every moment feel special.
The bathroom lacked adequate hooks for towels, and I found the restaurant prices a bit on the higher side for dinner.

Fantastic spa experience with impressive facilities. Enjoyed the clean environment and relaxing atmosphere, especially the variety of saunas and pool options. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the personal chef prepared delicious omelettes. However, the room had limited space with no desk or seating area, making it hard to work comfortably. Also, the pet policy seemed unclear, leading to minor frustrations. Communication from the staff regarding inquiries was minimal, leaving some questions unanswered. The parking situation proved challenging during peak times, requiring extra planning.
